At London Bus Experiences, we bring the city to life through unique, memorable journeys across our beloved capital. Our unique red tourist buses are more than just transport – they are mobile experiences combining sightseeing with premium onboard service. We are expanding our team and looking for flexible, enthusiastic Bus Assistants to deliver top-notch service on a casual basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the bus driver with manoeuvring, particularly during reverse operations.
  Prepare the bus for service, ensuring cleanliness and full functionality before each tour.
• Take and serve drink orders, including alcoholic beverages, from our onboard selection, adhering to quality standards and legal licensing regulations.
• Sell tickets, process payments, and check-in prebooked customers to ensure a seamless boarding experience.
• Coordinate with customers to manage private hire bookings for special events such as weddings and private tours of London.
• Handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and courtesy.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Knowledgeable about London and its main tourist attractions.
• Holds a personal license to sell alcohol, or willing to obtain one (at no personal expense).
• Excellent communication skills and a flair for customer service.
• Physical ability to perform the role, including standing for extended periods and handling stock.
• Flexibility to accept shifts based on personal availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
